Before You Book
- 1You must have completed adequate preparation — through IT Tutor Pro, self-study, or an authorised training partner.
- 2A government-issued photo ID is required on exam day.
- 3Online proctored exams require a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
- 4Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the scheduled exam time.
- 5Candidates who do not pass may re-sit after a 14-day cooling-off period.
